What does it cost, really?
Nothing to list, nothing to bid, nothing per lead. The only fee that will ever exist on your side is the 10% marketplace fee on jobs won — and it's waived for your first year, stated in the terms you accept at signup.
How do leads reach me?
You pick categories and a service area (zips or a radius). New matching public jobs hit your lead feed and your inbox. Direct proposals from customers land the same way. You control notification frequency per type.
Do I need to upload license documents?
Not at launch — signup is deliberately zero-friction. Where our public-records data already shows your state license, it's displayed with its source. Document verification (with a Verified badge and payment-protection eligibility) is coming and will be optional.
What happens when I claim a public-record listing?
We verify you control the listed business contact (a code sent to the listed email), then the profile flips to claimed: you edit everything, appear as a claimed business, and can message, bid, and collect reviews.
Can customers see my contact info?
Signed-in customers can, yes — the launch model is open contact, so listings produce real calls. In-platform messaging runs alongside it, and jobs agreed on-platform build your stats and reviews.
